Some of these projects were large structural restoration projects rebuilding 1/3 of a home, completing multiple investor whole home renovations, multiple bathroom remodels and renovations, retaining walls, flooring, roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and a few decks just to name a few! We were about as general as a general contractor could be. We enjoyed working with our clients and built some good relationships along the way.

Yes! We hold the highest license that a non-specialized contractor can hold. We hold a Residential Builders license. What we do not hold is an electrician’s license, plumber’s license, or HVAC license. Outside of these specialized trades, we can perform any work. Our insurance is a $1M policy and will cover any damages, although we take our best precautions and efforts to prevent damages and accidents on your property.
Your time is important. What we have found to work best for both client and contractor is to discuss the project via phone to help develop a quick ballpark range of what a project like yours could cost. Once we are in agreement with the scope and price range, we can schedule an onsite consultation which the cost goes towards the total cost of your project.d
You can expect a qualified professional to show up to your home or business within the arrival window ready to perform the work scheduled. Additionally, it is important to us to ensure that our technicians respect your property and not only not use tobacco products on your property but within any nearby vicinity.
Yes, and no. I know, that’s not a great answer. But let us explain. We have the capability to manage any and all aspects of a construction project of any size, however, legally we are limited in some of the work we can perform in house. As an example, within our handyman division we have the ability and legal capacity to replace light fixtures or faulty switches/receptacles. However, we do not possess the licensing in house to add circuits, wiring behind walls, etc. This is where our Contractor division comes into the equation where we utilize our relationships with specialty trade contractors in the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC fields to complete your project of any size. Cash is our preferred method of payment. Without that as an option, we do accept ACH transfer and checks. We do have the capability to accept payment with credit but would prefer an alternate payment method.
Great question! We have multiple payment schedules and it is based on multiple aspects of your project. If your project is scheduled for 3 days or less, we will often do half down and half at the end. If it is 3-7 days, we will often do 25/60/15. 25% down to schedule, 60% due after a certain project point (example could be once drywall is screwed, but before finishing), and 15% upon completion. Please reach out to discuss what type of payment schedule you could expect for your project.
No, we have found that a fixed price works best for our clients and our business model. We focus our handyman services on fixing problems through property maintenance or emergency repairs. If we move slower on a particular repair or fix, we do not charge more for this especially for our newer technicians. Therefore, a fixed price model works well in ensuring that we try to fix the problem you are experiencing expeditiously while not overcharging for poor performance.
We operate both Handyman Division and Contractor Division, Monday – Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. We can offer onsite consultations outside of these hours on limited spaces and are often booked weeks in advance for our limited after hour consultations.
